Delivery Policy
All freight charges are calculated based on either cubic or dead weight - whichever is greatest.
Your freight will be calculated at the checkout on all website orders. A request for quote can be lodged for bulky orders online where a shipping rate is not available. For all your hardware and bulk orders outside of website orders, please contact your DSTECH representative to calculate the quickest and most cost effective delivery option available for your order.
Terms and conditions apply. All prices are correct at time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. Errors and omissions excluded. For customers taking advantage of our Shipment facilities please note, that if a parcel has to be re-delivered because the customer is not available to accept the goods, DSTECH is charged for each additional attempt. This additional cost in freight will be invoiced to you on a separate invoice for freight. Please ensure you / your customer will be available to accept the goods between 8:30am and 5:00pm on the day of delivery to avoid this charge. Although every care is taken by DSTECH to ensure accurate delivery to your Customer, we do not accept liability for losses occurring at point of delivery. Notwithstanding this, where it is proven that the goods have been short supplied, lost or damaged in transit, DSTECH will replace the goods provided we are notified within 48 hours and subsequently validated by DSTECH. If you are shipping your order to an Australia Post PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER service, the responsibility for these goods is transferred to Australia Post the moment the goods are signed for or accepted by Australia Post. DSTECH accepts no responsibility for missing / lost goods where the recipient has an Authority to Leave (ATL) agreement / Barcode Signature setup with the delivering transport company and the goods are shown to have been delivered.
